陈国霞，出生于1964年，山东临沂人。临沂大学美术学院副教授、中国美术家协会会员、中国油画学会会员；
1988年毕业于曲阜师范大学美术系获学士学位；2009年中央美术学院油画系访问学者。绘画作品、学术论文曾在国家级与省级专业刊物发表；创作的油画作品多次参加全国、省、市级美术作品展览并获奖。从事素描基础，素描人体，素描造型转移与构图，色彩基础，设计素描，色彩造型转移与构图，油画基础，油画综合材料与技法，油画创作等教学课程。
Chen Guoxia，born in Yinan, Shandong, is deputy professor Arts School of Linyi Normal University now.
1988 Graduated from Arts Department of Qufu Norma University with bachelor degree；1995 Graduated from Oil Painting Assistant Seminar of Central Academy of Fine Arts；2007-2009 visiting scholar of Central Academy of Fine Arts and learned from Professor Dai Tuhe;Her painting works and academic papers used to be published in national and provisional-level professional journals The oil painting works created by her were put on the national provisional and municipal art works exhibitions for many time and won awards.
