东方腾弘，原名章军。1962年生于成都，籍贯浙江人，1981年四川美术学院油画研究生班进修结业，1989年毕业于解放军艺术学院美术系油画专业。现就职于四川省博物馆美术部，为学术委员会委员，高级国家美术师，中国美术家协会会员。
入编《中国油画二十家》、《21世纪最具升值潜力艺术家》、《影响中国的100位艺术大家》，《世界华人美术家名人传》等。在各类报刊、杂志、画册发表作品数百件。92年以来多次参加嘉士德、中国嘉德、北京保利等大型拍卖会，作品被世界各地的博物馆、美术馆、艺术机构和私人广泛收藏。
DongFangTengHong, formerly named as Zhang Jun. Born in Chengdu in 1962. Graduated from the PLA Institute of Arts majoring in oil painting in 1989 and complished his postgraduate course learning at Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts in 1981. Now works for the Fine Arts Department of Sichuan Province Museum, as the Academic Committee, the senior national artist and the member of Chinese Artists Association.
Included in the "Top twenty Chinese Oil Painting Artists ", " The most appreciation potential Artists in the 21st century," "influence China's 100 artists," "World Chinese Artists Celebrity Biography" and so on. Hundreds of published works in various newspapers, magazines, pictures. Since 1992 has frequently participated in large auctions such as the Jia Shide, the China Guardian, the Beijing Poly Auction and so on. Works are in collections of museums all over the world, galleries, art institutions and private collectors.
